Commissioning of automatic dosing device

 

The dosing device is widely used in water treatment, petroleum and chemical industries. The operation process of the dosing device is very simple. It can be operated manually or through the controller. However, it is necessary to do the corresponding commissioning before the dosing device starts to work, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble!

1. Check whether the water source and power supply are connected.

2. Set the control knob of the electric control box to the "manual" position, and check whether the equipment is in good condition one by one and whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct (open the valve on the water inlet pipe when checking the rotation direction of the feeding motor).

3. Move the floating ball of the box up and down one by one by hand to see whether it can send signals normally, and then check whether the level alarm in the hopper can work normally

4. Put dry PAM solid powder (not less than 5Kg) into the hopper, and put a suitable container at the feed inlet.

5. Open the water inlet valve, press the feed motor start button, and then start feeding. After running for one minute, stop feeding.

Scope of application of dosing device:

1. Dosing in wastewater and sewage treatment in environmental protection is mainly used for wastewater and sewage treatment in cities, industrial and mining enterprises, large hotels and restaurants.

2. Dosing in the boiler of the power plant: ammonia dosing for feedwater, hydrazine dosing, phosphate dosing for boiler water, coordinated control of phosphate dosing for boiler water, ammonia dosing for condensate, etc.

3. The boiler is injected with chemical liquid, which is mainly used in thermal power plants, chemical industry, metallurgy, ships, central heating and other occasions where the boiler is used.

4. Water treatment dosing: add flocculant, coagulant aid, defoamer, etc.

5. It is used for pretreatment and dosing of water supply, mainly used in urban water plants, large enterprises' own water plants, textile printing and dyeing, steel, paper and other industries.

6. Dosing outside the boiler of the power plant: adding flocculant to the raw water, adding coagulant aid to the raw water, adding stabilizer (corrosion inhibitor) to the circulating water, adding scale inhibitor to the circulating water, adding bactericide to the circulating water, adding ammonia to the start-up boiler room, adding phosphate to the start-up boiler room, etc.

The dosing device is a complete set of equipment with dosing, mixing, liquid conveying and automatic control, which is used for the accurate dosing and metering of water treatment chemicals in the circulating water system where the buffer, scale inhibitor and bactericide need to be added. In the process of water supply and drainage treatment, various chemical agents are often added as scale inhibition, sterilization and algae elimination, coagulation and flocculation to achieve the purpose of water purification.
