Characteristics of polymer preparation system

1、 Main features

Three tanks (prefabricated mixing tank, homogenizing and curing tank, solution storage tank) are prepared continuously.

It has the function of feeding dry powder polymer.

The flow of dry powder, liquid polymer and dilution water can be adjusted, and the concentration of liquid medicine can be configured according to the actual demand.

Reliable liquid level controller and solenoid valve are configured to realize the automatic dissolution and dosing process.

The use of high-precision dry powder conveying and pre-wetting device can effectively avoid agglomeration during solution preparation.

Automatic control of the whole dispensing process can make the prepared solution blend evenly.

The ultra-low liquid level and dry powder level gauge can give an alarm in time to notify the addition of dry powder.

The solution can be diluted online with the influent water through the quantitative pump to the use concentration, and the uniform solution can be obtained through the static mixer.

2、 Working principle

The preparation process of polymer solution is completed step by step through each solution tank. The solution tanks are separated from each other to ensure the optimal dissolution time and constant concentration in each solution tank, and to avoid short flow between the prefabricated mixing tank and the solution storage tank. The liquid level gauge is controlled by electric automatic power according to the liquid level. Once the liquid level reaches "low", open the electronic water inlet valve, and start the dry powder dosing machine at the same time. The amount of dry powder and water can be accurately adjusted to obtain accurate concentration. With the increase of water inflow, the liquid level reaches "high", and the dissolution circulation process stops. The mixer is always in working condition.

3、 Scope of supply

Each set of fully assembled dry powder automatic polymer preparation system includes powder conveyor, silo, tank and dry powder soaking device, float level controller, mixer, water inlet pipe fittings and instruments, metering pump and its installation accessories.
