Preparations before starting the dosing device

The dosing device adopts electromechanical integration structure, which can be divided into fixed type and mobile type (trolley type) in terms of installation. Each type is equipped with mixing system, dosing system and automatic control system. The dosing device has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, low noise, stable operation, simple installation, convenient operation, etc.

What preparations should be made before starting the dosing device?

1. The internal and external surfaces of newly installed equipment shall be cleaned, and lubricating oil holes shall be checked and cleaned, as well as whether the circuit is unblocked.

2. Clean the pipeline and check whether the pipeline is blocked and whether the pipeline of metering pump is blocked or leaking.

3. Check and make sure that the connecting parts of the dosing device are not loose.

4. The transmission mechanism box shall be filled with engine oil or other suitable lubricating oil to the oil level according to the working ambient temperature.

5. Since the coupling of metering pump and mixer impeller has been running for more than two weeks, please check whether there are obstacles affecting the operation.

6. The valve of metering pump shall be adjusted to 1.25-1.45 times of the working pressure, which shall not be too high or too low.
