Working principle of dry powder dosing device:

The preparation process of polymer solution is completed step by step through each solution tank, and the solution tanks are separated. Ensure better reaction time and constant concentration in each solution tank. Avoid creating a direct path between the prefabricated box and the solution tank behind. The equipment is automatically controlled by the control box, which is connected to the level gauge installed on the solution tank behind. Once the liquid level reaches the "low level", trigger the electric water inlet valve to open. The contact flowmeter will start the dry powder dosing device. The amount of dry powder dosing depends on the amount of water to obtain accurate concentration. Once it reaches the "high level", the cycle will stop. Of course, two (or three) cable mixers are still working.

The dry powder dosing device is also used to continuously and automatically prepare latex like cationic, anionic or non-ionic polymer into a solution with standard dilution concentration (0.3-5g/L). Although it is generally believed that the curing time required for emulsion polymer to make standard solution is much less than that for powder polymer, sufficient curing time is always required in the process of reaching a better state of drug consumption.

Standard configuration of dry powder dosing device:

(1) Three box solution tank with three drain outlets;

(2) Two mixers and one metering pump;

(3) The inlet manifold includes a pressure reducing valve and a stop valve;

(4) Dry speculation with hopper;

(5) Level switch and level gauge;

(6) Control box, overflow port, dosing port, solenoid valve, flowmeter.
