Preparation process of dry powder solution preparation system

 

The dry powder dosing device system is a fully automatic continuous preparation and dosing system for powdered materials. The whole process from powder to prepared solution is fully automatic and continuous.

The dry powder enters the mixer from the hopper according to the required dosage (set screw speed), and enters the mixing tank for dilution (set inlet flow) after wetting to reach the required concentration of solution. The diluted solution flows through the curing tank and then enters the storage tank. The metering pump delivers the solution to the specified point. When the solution in the storage tank is at a low level, the liquid level switch outputs a signal to start the equipment to restart the solution preparation process; When the solution in the storage tank is at a high level, the liquid level switch sends a signal, and the circulation process stops; If the tank is empty, the cycle will start again.

In this way, the dry powder dosing device system can operate continuously, and the mixer can continuously stir the solution evenly. The material level meter of the hopper continuously detects the material level, sends a signal when it reaches the low level, closes the water inlet solenoid valve, and automatically starts after adding materials.
