Maintenance of Mixer of Automatic Dosing Device

(1) After each mixing, clean the mixer blade of the automatic dosing device in time to remove the residual agent on the mixer blade. After cleaning, drip lubricating oil between the mixer bearing and the mixer blade, and between the mixer blade and the blade handle.

(2) The agitator blades shall be regularly derusted and anti rust treated, and regularly oiled and polished to avoid rust and corrosion of the agitator blades. At the same time, regularly check and record the abrasion and consumption of the mixer blades of the automatic dosing device. It is also necessary to check whether the welding point of the mixer blade is conductive to the bottom, so as to prevent casualties caused by electric leakage.

(3) After each startup, let the mixer of the automatic dosing device idle for two to three minutes to check whether the blades of the mixer are firm and normal. If there is abnormal sound or parts fall during the operation, it should be removed quickly with attention to safety.

(4) During the mixing process of the mixer of the automatic dosing device, pay close attention to the sound, speed, strength and other conditions of the mixer blades to prevent breakage and other accidents.

For daily equipment maintenance, we need to develop a detailed inspection system, and record the maintenance of different parts in the process of equipment maintenance, which can effectively avoid missing maintenance problems.

As an important part of the dosing system of the fully automatic dosing device, the mixer can not only improve the work efficiency and prolong the service life of the equipment, but also improve the mixing treatment effect of the agent and improve the water treatment quality by doing a good job of daily maintenance.
