Code for use of dosing device in sewage plant

The dosing device is composed of solution tank, flange, valve, etc. Two metering pumps are configured, one for use and one for standby, which is convenient for users to repair and replace accessories without shutdown.

The main components of the device include:

1. Solution tank 2, agitator 3, level gauge 4, filter 5, safety valve 6, metering pump 7, buffer 8, ball valve, check valve, stop valve 9, pressure gauge and corresponding pipes.

Description: diaphragm metering pump flow 50L/h, pressure 1.0MP;

The motor power of diaphragm metering pump is 0.75W, and the insulation grade is F;

The agitator is composed of a motor, a reducer and a mixing rod. The motor power is 0.55KW and the reduction ratio is 45:1;

All parts of the device, including working platform and handrail, are installed on the same carbon steel chassis.

Use of dosing device:

The user configures the agent according to the proportion of the feeding solution, and accurately adds it through the metering pump

1. Connect the dosing device, then check each flange interface and tighten it to avoid fluid leakage.

2. Connect the power supply of the metering pump:

(1) Open the junction box of the electric control cabinet, and connect the three-phase four-wire power line that meets the requirements of the metering pump motor to the corresponding terminal block.

(2) Start the mixer instantaneously by controlling the operation switch, observe the motor rotation, and fix the junction box if the rotation is correct. If the steering is not correct, adjust the phase sequence and then fix the junction box.

3. Close the drain valve. Fill the liquid medicine container with liquid medicine.

4. Open the valve of the dosing system and start the metering pump.

5. The dosing device is equipped with two metering pumps, one for dosing and the other for standby.

Special attention:

1. When dosing, open one pipeline corresponding to the starting metering pump (ensure that the metering pump and related pipelines are unblocked and intact), and close the other pipeline.

2. An overflow pipe is set at the top of the device to prevent the overflow of the liquid medicine from flowing out through the sewage pipe.

3. A tubular filter is set at the inlet of the dosing metering pump to prevent large particles of solid substances from entering the metering pump and damaging the metering pump.

Maintenance of dosing device:

The pipeline of the dosing device should be kept unblocked at all times. Check the connection parts of the device, filter, feed inlet, discharge outlet, etc. from time to time, and observe whether there are deposits in these parts. If these symptoms are found, they should be cleaned in time.

Regularly check whether the feed inlet of the metering pump is blocked, and regularly clean the pipeline and filter to prevent blocking.

Regularly check the mixing device to see whether the mixing shaft rotates flexibly, whether the impeller is twisted and deformed, and whether the coupling sleeve is loose, so as to avoid excessive shaft torque and consumption of mixing power. If it is damaged, replace it in time.

The safety valve, pressure gauge and pipeline valves shall be inspected regularly to avoid leakage. The standby pump and the service pump should be used alternately to avoid * starting or stopping the same pump.
