Preparations before flocculant dosing starts

 

1. Clean the inside and outside of the flocculant dosing, and inject grease into the motor;

2. Turn on the power switches of the electric control box;

3. Start the warehouse wall vibrator and observe whether the motor is running normally;

4. Start the flocculant dosing motor and observe whether the motor is running in the correct direction;

5. Take 25kg of raw material and pour it into the batching hopper;

6. Place the spare woven bag in the lower part of the premixer in the solution tank to receive the material

7. Adjust the flocculant dosing speed by 50%,

8. Start the silo wall vibrator and the feeder motor, and calculate whether the 25kg feeding time is 30 minutes. If it is not 30 minutes, adjust the feeder motor governor according to the feeding time, and re-feed the calculation time until the 25kg feeding time. The feeding time is about 30 minutes.

9. Open the discharge valve at the bottom of the solution tank;

10. Open the water inlet valve of the premixer, the water inlet valve of the solution tank, the main water inlet valve and the water inlet solenoid valve.
