Commissioning and solution of dosing device

 

The dosing device, as its name implies, is a mechanical automatic dosing system, which is widely used in water treatment, petroleum, chemical and other industries. The operation process of the dosing device is very simple. It can be operated manually or through the controller. However, before the dosing device starts to work, it is necessary to do the corresponding debugging work, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble!

1. Check whether the water source and power supply are connected.

2. Set the control knob of the electric control box to the "manual" position, and check whether the equipment is in good condition one by one and whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct (open the valve on the water inlet pipe when checking the rotation direction of the feeding motor).

3. Move the floating ball of the box up and down one by one by hand to see whether it can send signals normally, and then check whether the level alarm in the hopper can work normally

4. Put dry PAM solid powder (not less than 5Kg) into the hopper, and put a suitable container at the feed inlet.

5. Open the water inlet valve, press the feed motor start button, and then start feeding. After running for one minute, stop feeding.

6. Weigh the polymer in the container and make records.

7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 above, and predict the average weight of the powder delivered through the feeder.

8. Repeat the above three steps and make records. Because the feed rate is controlled and the feeder speed is known, the feed rate curve can be drawn to prepare for future reference. The solution can also be prepared by directly adjusting the powder dosage and water inflow to a certain value (for example, to prepare 5 ‰ PAM solution of 1000L/h, the powder dosage can be directly adjusted to 5Kg/h, and the water inflow is 1000L/h).

9. Stop the feeder.

10. Turn the control switch in the electric cabinet to the "automatic" position.

11. When the liquid level reaches the high level, the feeder shall be able to automatically stop and stop water feeding at the same time, and start the metering pump (or open the vent ball valve of the liquid storage chamber). When the liquid level reaches the low level, the feeder shall be able to automatically start feeding and water feeding.

12. Adjust the stroke of the metering pump to the appropriate point, and then it can enter the automatic operation state.
