2、 Working principle:
ET3 series of fully automatic flocculant distribution equipment is a new, efficient and programmed machine and equipment, which is gradually solved by each solution box. The middle of the solution box is separated by baffles to ensure the best time and constant concentration value in each solution box, so as to prevent all immediate access between the mixing tank and the storage tank.
The system software is controlled automatically by PLC. The control box is connected with the liquid level gauge installed on the solution tank. Once the liquid level reaches the low level, the solenoid water valve will be triggered to open. In addition, the dry market will be started. The size and water volume of the dry market can be accurately set to obtain the accurate concentration value.
Once it reaches the high level, the whole process of the cycle will end. In addition, the mixer will work again according to the set time, and the three tanks (mixing tank, leveling tank and storage tank) will be continuously prepared, so the actual operation and maintenance is simple and the labor cost is minimal.
There is a design scheme of powder or liquid (optional) double feeding action, and different requirements can be considered. The uniformity of the preparation concentration value is moderate, which can reduce the caking phenomenon caused by poor human resource allocation, avoid pipeline or pump blockage, and increase the unnecessary human resource maintenance costs and the cost of powder.
The whole preparation process of the equipment is controlled by PLC, which can automatically intermittently and continuously operate and stop the cross mixing function, so as to make the solution uniformly fused. When the dry powder in the material barrel is at a lower position, the electrical control box can send out sound and light alarm signals and stop the whole machine.
3、 Operation steps:
Note: According to the manufacturer's instructions, different PLC control systems may have some differences in operation. This is mainly for the three-tank integrated dosing device.
1. Connect the power supply, pipeline and water source to ensure basic safety.
2. Switch the change-over switch of the metering pump of the drug dosing pump, the inlet solenoid valve, the dissolving tank mixer, and the connecting valve between the original solution tank and the dissolving tank to the remote position. Adjust the stroke speed of the field metering pump.
3. Move the floating ball of the box up and down one by one to see whether it can send signals normally, and then check whether the position alarm in the hopper can work normally.
4. While manually adjusting the output frequency of the metering pump, click to enter the dosing system screen.
5. Open the feed valve, press the feed motor start button, and then start feeding. After running for one minute, stop feeding.
6. Observe the level gauge, close the inlet solenoid valve, and close the mixer when the level gauge reaches the required height for dilution of raw liquid. Click the solution tank outlet valve icon to open the outlet valve, and click the metering pump icon to open the metering pump. Pay attention to the liquid level gauge and flow meter. When the liquid level is too low, turn off the metering pump in sequence and close the outlet valve.
7. Record the polymer quality in the weighing container.
8. Feeder stops.
9. Turn the control switch to the automatic gear in the electric control box.
10. When the liquid level reaches the high level, the feeder shall be able to automatically shut down, stop water inlet and open the metering pump (or open the air ball valve in the liquid storage chamber). When the liquid level reaches the low level, the feeder shall be able to automatically open the feeding and water inlet.
11. When entering the automatic operation state, adjust the stroke of the metering pump to the proper point.
