The dry powder agent enters the premixer from the screw propeller at the lower part of the hopper for premixing with clean water, the wetted material enters the preparation tank for dilution and mixing, and is prepared according to the concentration required by the user.

The preparation solution enters the storage tank from the preparation tank through the aging tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process stops automatically, and when the solution drops to a low level, the batching process starts automatically. Both the preparation tank and the curing tank are equipped with agitators to fully ensure the dilution and curing of the medicine. The preparation flow and concentration can be determined by adjusting the water inlet flow and adjusting the speed of the screw shaft.

Device composition

The main body of the polymer preparation system is divided into two parts: dissolving medicine and liquid storage. The upper part is the gasification and dissolution part. The medicine dissolution box is provided with a solid-liquid isolation plate, and a filter cap is installed on the isolation plate, which plays the dual role of distributing gas and intercepting solid particles. The lower part is a liquid storage tank, which can be used alone or combined.
