Operation steps of automatic flocculant dosing device

 

1、 Application scope:

2、 Operation steps:

Note: different PLC control systems may have some differences in operation. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions. This is mainly for the flocculant dosing device with three tanks in one.

1. Connect the power supply, pipeline and water source, and do a good job in basic security.

2. Switch the change-over switch of the metering pump, inlet solenoid valve, dissolution tank mixer, raw liquid tank and dissolution tank connecting valve to the "remote" position. Adjust the stroke speed of the metering pump on site.

3. Move the floating balls of the box up and down one by one by hand to see whether the signal can be sent normally, and then detect whether the level alarm in the hopper can work normally.

4. Return to the central control, click to enter the host screen, and manually adjust the output frequency of the metering pump at the same time.

5. Open the water inlet valve, press the start button of the feeding motor, and then start feeding. After running for one minute, stop feeding.

6. Observe the liquid level gauge. When the liquid level gauge reaches the required height of stock solution dilution, turn off the water inlet solenoid valve and turn off the mixer. Click the liquid outlet valve icon of the dissolution tank to open the liquid outlet valve. At the same time, click the icon of the metering pump to open the metering pump. Pay attention to the liquid level gauge and flowmeter. When the liquid level is too low, turn off the metering pump in sequence and close the outlet valve.

7. Weigh the polymer mass in the container and make records.

8. Stop the feeder.

10. Turn the control switch in the electric cabinet to the "automatic" position.

11. When the liquid level reaches a high level, the feeder should be able to stop automatically, stop water inflow at the same time, and start the metering pump (or open the vent ball valve of the liquid storage chamber). When the liquid level reaches a low level, the feeder should be able to automatically start feeding and water inflow.

12. Adjust the stroke of the metering pump to the appropriate point, and then it can enter the automatic operation state. Automatic flocculant dosing device
