Proportion and dosage of pampolymer preparation system

 

1. Coagulant

Drug name: polyaluminum chloride (PAC).

Proportioning method: configure according to the weight concentration of 10%-15%, that is, 1 part of medicine 9 parts of water or 1 part of medicine 7 parts of water. After the medicine is prepared, start the agitator and stir until it is even and ready to use.

Dosing amount: The dosage is determined after the water quality index test. Generally, the dosage of the medicine prepared according to the above ratio should be in the range of 20-50mg/L.

Dosing method: Dosing with a specially configured polymer preparation system, metering pump, or directly in the pool.

2. Flocculant

Reagent name: No. 3 flocculant (polyacrylamide PAM).

Proportioning method: configure according to the weight concentration of 1%-2%, that is, 1 part of medicine 99 parts of water or 1 part of medicine 98 parts of water. After the medicine is prepared, start the stirrer and stir it for at least 1.5-2 hours to make it mature before use.

Dosing amount: The dosage is determined after the water quality index test. Generally, the dosage of the medicine prepared according to the above ratio should be in the range of 5-10mg/L.

Dosing method: Dosing by metering pump with polymer preparation system with specific configuration.
