1. Working principle:

The automatic three chamber flocculant preparation device is an advanced technology introduced from Germany. The product has advanced performance, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and high degree of automation.

The powdered flocculant is added proportionally at the rated speed through a special screw and sent to the mixer, which can continuously prepare the solution with the required concentration.

The box is divided into prefabrication box, curing box and solution box. Both the prefabrication box and the curing box are equipped with a liquid medicine mixer (two-stage mixing blades). The mixer adopts a spiral propulsion structure, and the mixing blades and shafts are made of stainless steel, which can evenly mix and stir the liquid medicine.

The solution tank is equipped with an electrode type liquid level controller, which has three groups of liquid level signal outputs, with the function of closing the high-level water inlet system, opening the low-level water inlet system, alarming and stopping the ultra-low liquid level (fault), and sending a shutdown command to the belt filter press. A blowdown valve is set at the bottom of each box of the three chamber medicine box, which is discharged through a main blowdown pipe.

2. Overall structure:

This machine is small and exquisite, mainly composed of the following parts:

1. Hopper;

2. Quantitative dry powder feeder;

3. Water supply system;

4. Support;

5. Mixer;

6. Solution tank system;

7. Electric control system;

8. Metering pump;

(1) Hopper

It is welded by stainless steel plate. The size of the bucket has several specifications to match it to meet the needs of different users.

(2) Dry powder feeder

The feeder is fixed on the support, and the high molecular polymer is input into the mixer of the water inlet system through a special screw. This screw is driven by the stepless gear reducer, and the feeding speed is adjusted by the hand wheel on the gear reducer. A 36W heater is fixed on the discharge pipe of the feeder, playing the role of constant temperature and moisture resistance.

(3) Water inlet system

Water inlet system refers to the system process of pressure water entering the mixer, which includes the following parts:

The inlet water is 0.1~0.6mpa, generally tap water.

a. Solenoid valve: This valve is controlled by the liquid level gauge in the tank. When the high liquid level is reached, the water supply is stopped. When the low liquid level is reached, this valve is reopened to feed water.

b. Flowmeter: This is a rotor flowmeter, which directly displays the reading of the inlet water flow. Generally, the control flow is 5 ~ 15% larger than the required pharmaceutical solution.

c. Mixer: the mixer is fixed on the support, receives water and polymer at the same time, and is fully mixed. There is an adjustable liner on it. Adjusting the liner can make the water flow and PAM dry powder achieve the best mixing effect.

(4) , support

It is made of square steel and fixed on the cover plate of the solution tank to support the quantitative dosing device and the water inlet system.

(5) Mixer and solution tank system

The effective volume of the solution tank is 3000l. It is divided into three chambers and a medicine storage chamber. The three chambers are equipped with a special mixer for dissolution and mixing. The two chambers are prefabricated parts, and the latter two sections are further stirred to make the medicine fully mixed with water to make a uniform concentration solution for use. There are pipes between the chambers for communication. When the chamber is full, it flows into the second chamber, and so on. Finally, it enters the medicine storage room. There are four liquid level sensors in the medicine storage room. The highest position is to stop the dry powder feeder and stop the water inflow. The second position (high position) is to stop the dry powder feeder and stop the water inflow. When the third liquid level (low level) is reached, the feeder starts feeding and water inflow. When the fourth liquid level (lowest level) is reached, the metering pump is stopped, Restart the metering pump when the solution returns to the third position. Both the highest and lowest positions will give an alarm to remind the operator whether there is a water supply failure (insufficient water pressure, blocked intermediate pipeline, leakage of solenoid valve) or the metering pump does not work. Each chamber is equipped with an emptying pipe, and the chamber is also equipped with an overflow pipe.

(6) Electric control system

The control box is placed on the support, and all operating equipment and heating elements on the box are equipped with "automatic" and "manual" gears. When it is turned to "manual", the corresponding parts can be manually controlled; When it is turned to "automatic", it will enter automatic operation. If a device fails, it will give an alarm to remind the user to handle or repair it
