There are many parts on the PAM polymer preparation unit, such as metering pump, safety valve, back pressure valve, damper, etc., then during the on-site installation of the polymer preparation unit, every detail must be considered. If there is a problem in one link , will bring unexpected results, in the process of equipment installation and operation, pay attention to these six aspects to ensure its stable and safe operation.
1. Check whether the ground platform of the equipment is on the same level (no need to install the ground bolts), the pump liquid outlet has threaded joints, quick joints, flange joints, connect the corresponding joints, and connect to the power supply .
2. Do the preparatory work before operation, inject an appropriate amount of worm gear oil and industrial closed gear oil into the transmission box of the metering pump, and the oil level level shall prevail.
3. Automatically or manually add the liquid medicine, press the power supply, the electric control cabinet, and the power indicator light is on, it means the power is turned on. Press the button of the mixing tank, the mixer starts to work 3-5 minutes later, open the pipeline valve, open the flow control valve, press the start button of the metering pump, and the metering pump starts to work.
4. Regularly check whether the feeding port of the metering pump is blocked, and clean the pipeline and filter regularly to avoid blockage.
5. Regularly check the stirring device to check whether the stirring shaft rotates flexibly, whether the impeller is twisted and deformed, and whether the coupling sleeve is loose, so as to avoid excessive shaft torque and consumption of stirring power. Damaged should be promptly replaced.
6. Regularly check the safety valve, pressure gauge and various pipeline valves to avoid leakage problems.
