The polymer preparation unit is an automatic dosing system for powdery polymer flocculants. The whole equipment is made of stainless steel.

* The screw feeder is used to feed powder, and the speed can be adjusted to ensure uniform feeding, dispersion and accuracy within 1%.

* The system is stable and reliable. When there is a fault, the related equipment will automatically stop as required, and sound and light alarms will be issued at the same time.

* Made of stainless steel or PVC, it has good corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance.

*The premixer accelerates the hydration of the powder, and the water flow state can be adjusted.

*Three-slot overflow solution operating system is adopted, which makes the equipment simple in structure, small in size and convenient in installation. Process flow for dissolution and continuous addition of pharmaceuticals.

*Under the specified production volume and continuous dosing conditions, the curing time of the prepared solution is guaranteed to be more than 1 hour. Its preparation concentration is 0.1%--0.5%.
