The polymer solution preparation process is completed step by step by grading each solution tank, and the solution tanks are spaced apart. Guarantees optimal reaction time and constant concentration within each solution tank, avoiding any direct path between the precast tank and the final solution tank. The equipment is automatically controlled by a control box, which is connected to a liquid level gauge installed on the final solution tank, and once the liquid level reaches the "low level", the electric water inlet valve is triggered to open.

The contact-type flowmeter starts the dry injection, and the size of the dry injection is determined according to the amount of water to obtain accurate concentration. This looping process stops once the "high level" is reached. Of course two (or three) mixers are still working.
