The dry powder dosing device consists of a three chamber box, a dry powder dosing system, a solution mixing system, a control system, and a liquid dosing system. It is an automatic continuous configuration and dosing system for powdered polymer coagulant. During operation, the dry powder flocculant enters the instant mixer from the screw propeller for premixing with clean water, and the wetted material enters the preparation tank for mixing and dilution, and is prepared according to the required concentration; If it is liquid flocculant, it will be directly added into the preparation tank by the screw pump. During the preparation process, the water inflow must be relatively stable under the observation of the flowmeter, so as to ensure that the concentration of the prepared solution remains unchanged during the whole working process.

The preparation solution enters the storage tank from the preparation tank through the curing tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process automatically stops, and the dosing process continues. When the solution drops to the medium level, the batching process is restarted automatically. The preparation tank and curing tank are equipped with multi blade agitators to ensure the dilution and curing of flocculants.

The main body of the dry powder dosing device is made of stainless steel, and the whole dosing device consists of the following parts:

1. Feed hopper: the volume is large enough to reduce the number of dry powder dosing.

2. Dry powder dosing device: the device uses the propelling screw drive device, whose drive device can adjust the speed steplessly.

3. Jet mixer: according to the concentration of accessories required, the agent (powder) to be added shall be prepared with water in corresponding proportion.

4. Solution tank: it is composed of three overflow tanks. An electric mixer is installed in each tank to fully mix the solute to be added with water according to the corresponding proportion.

5. Automatic liquid level controller: it can automatically start and stop when the liquid level of the solution rises to a certain point to ensure the dosing continuity of the dry powder dosing device.

6. The unit is equipped with local automatic/manual control box.

7. Dosing can be done by metering pump or screw pump.
