PAM flocculant preparation system is an automatic continuous configuration and dosing system for powdered polymer flocculants. During operation, the dry powder flocculant enters the instant mixer from the screw propeller for premixing with clean water, and the wetted material enters the preparation tank for mixing and dilution, and is prepared according to the required concentration; If it is liquid flocculant, it will be directly added into the preparation tank by the screw pump. During the preparation process, the water inflow must be relatively stable under the observation of the flowmeter, so as to ensure that the concentration of the prepared solution remains unchanged during the whole working process.

The preparation solution enters the storage tank from the preparation tank through the cooked tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process automatically stops, and the dosing process continues. When the solution drops to the medium level, the batching process is restarted automatically. Both the preparation tank and the cooking tank are equipped with multi blade agitators to ensure the dilution of flocculant. The PAM flocculant preparation system is equipped with an automatic alarm function. When the solution in the storage tank is insufficient, the lower level alarm system will be touched, and all systems will stop. The system must be manually dosed and automatically operated when the water enters the middle level. It is characterized by high degree of automation, stable performance, reliable operation and simple operation.

During installation, the ambient temperature must be between minus 10 ℃ and minus 50 ℃, and the humidity must be kept at 90%. There is no combustible gas or any other pollutant or corrosive substance around the machine.

Secondly, in the process of installation, it should be about 5 to 10 cm above the ground as much as possible, and at least 50 cm between the equipment and the wall. This is useful for your own operation and maintenance.

In addition, during the installation of the power supply, select the wires according to the instructions, which can effectively avoid some fire and electric leakage during the long-term operation of the dry powder feeder.
