Dosing amount: The dosage is determined after the water quality index test. Generally, the dosage of the medicine prepared according to the above ratio should be in the range of 20-50mg/L.

Dosing method: Dosing with a specific configuration of PAM dosing device, metering pump, or directly in the pool.

2. Flocculant

Drug name: Polyacrylamide (PAM)

Proportioning method: configure according to the weight concentration of 1%-2%, that is, 1 part of medicine 99 parts of water or 1 part of medicine 98 parts of water. After the medicine is prepared, start the stirrer and stir it for at least 1.5-2 hours to make it mature before use.

Dosing amount: The dosage is determined after the water quality index test. Generally, the dosage of the medicine prepared according to the above ratio should be in the range of 5-10mg/L.

Dosing method: Dosing with a specially configured pam dosing device and a metering pump.

How to control the dosing amount of the automatic dosing device?

3. The device adopts only PLC control cabinet, and is linked to the control software of mobile phone and computer. It can monitor the running status of the equipment in real time through remote control, and start or shut down the dosing pump of the dosing device as needed.

4. But there is a problem that we need to pay attention to. Although this device can automatically control the dosage of the medicine according to the appropriate size, there is a situation that the automatic dosage cannot be adjusted according to the change of water quality.

5. When this happens, we need to manually adjust the concentration of the agent according to the change of water quality, so as to meet the ideal water treatment effect.

6. Although the common ones on the market can automatically control the dosing amount, these devices cannot realize remote control of start and stop, dosing amount, and dosing pump operation.
