Troubleshooting of flocculant preparation unit

The flocculant preparation unit may encounter some common faults during use. Here are some typical faults and their troubleshooting methods:

Blockage or excessive resistance in the inlet pipeline: unblock the inlet pipeline and take corresponding measures to reduce resistance.

Air enters the inlet pipeline connection: tighten the connection thread or seal the interface.

Serious leakage of packing: tighten or replace the packing.

There is air in the pipeline inside the pump body: remove the air.

The one-way valve for import and export is not tightly closed: check the valve seat, clean or replace the valve ball.

Leakage of sealing gasket at the inlet and outlet one-way valve: Check the sealing surface or replace the sealing ring.

Oil replenishment valve does not replenish oil, insufficient replenishment, frequent replenishment or leakage: adjust the tightness of the oil replenishment valve spring or repair the sealing surface of the oil replenishment valve, clean and replace the steel ball.

Troubleshooting of flocculant preparation unit

Frequent tripping of safety valve: Adjust the spring tightness, identify the cause and take measures to eliminate it.

Troubleshooting of Circulating Water Dosing Device

The sealing at the limiting plate inside the diaphragm chamber is not tight: tighten the screws at the end of the pump head or identify the cause to eliminate it.

Hydraulic oil is not clean, causing abnormal operation of the three valves: replace with clean hydraulic oil.

The dosing pump does not dispense medication: Check if the suction pipeline is blocked, clean the pipeline, install a filter, and perform regular maintenance.

Unstable dosing amount: replace the flow control valve, calibrate the flow meter, and conduct regular inspections.

Control system failure: reprogram PLC, backup program, regularly update software.

Abnormal drug concentration: repair the mixing device, detect the concentration, and optimize the dosing process.

Pump body leakage: replace the seals, choose corrosion-resistant materials, and regularly check the sealing status.

Regular maintenance and inspection are necessary to ensure the normal operation of the dosing device. This includes checking safety valves, pressure gauges, and pipeline valves to prevent leaks, keeping the pipelines of the dosing device unobstructed, checking the flexibility and integrity of the mixing device, and regularly checking whether the inlet of the metering pump is blocked and cleaning the pipelines and filters. Through these maintenance measures, faults can be prevented and the service life of equipment can be extended.
