The dosing amount and dosing pressure of the automatic dosing device can be selected according to the needs of the industrial process, and the appropriate metering pump can be selected. The flow rate is from 1L/h to 8000L/h, and the pressure can be selected from the range of 0.1MPa to 25MPa.

The metering accuracy of the metering pump can be as high as ±1%, and the simultaneous delivery of multiple media can be realized and adjusted individually.

The volume of the solution tank in the automatic dosing device can be at least 0.1m3 to 20m3, which can be selected according to the amount of dosing. According to the different conveying media, there are various materials to choose from, such as carbon steel (carbon steel lining), stainless steel , Non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP, PTFE), etc.

Performance description of automatic dosing device

The dissolving tank is equipped with liquid level gauge, low liquid level alarm, valve and other facilities required for automatic operation. The outer wall of the whole body is equipped with a magnetic flap liquid level gauge, which can observe the liquid level in the barrel in real time. There are feeding ports and spare ports on the top of the whole body. corresponding matching valve. When the liquid level in the barrel is lower than the set low liquid level value, the alarm system is automatically turned on, and the dosing pump is suspended.
