Commissioning of PAM dry powder dosing device

 

When using PAM dry powder dosing device, we often debug the equipment as follows:

1. Check whether the water source and power supply are connected.

2. Set the control button of the electric control box to the "Manual" position, and check each equipment one by one to see whether they are in good condition and whether the motor rotation is correct (open the valve on the water inlet pipe when checking the rotation of the feed motor).

3. Move the floating ball of the box up and down one by one by hand to see whether the signal can be sent normally, and then check whether the level alarm in the hopper can work normally.

4. Put dry PAM solid powder (not less than 5Kg) into the hopper, and put a suitable container at the feed inlet.

5. Open the water inlet valve and press the start button of the feeding motor. At this time, the dosing device starts to feed, and stops feeding after one minute of operation.

6. Weigh the polymer in the container and make records.

7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 above, and estimate the average weight of the powder delivered through the feeder of PAM dry powder dosing device.

8. Repeat the above three steps and make records. Since the feed rate is controlled and the feeder speed is known, the feed rate curve can be drawn to prepare for future reference. It can also directly adjust the powder dosage and water inflow to a specific value to prepare the solution.

9. Stop the feeder of the equipment.

10. Turn the control switch in the electric control cabinet to the "Automatic" position.

11. When the liquid level reaches a high level, the feeder shall be able to stop automatically and stop water inflow at the same time. Start the metering pump (or open the vent ball valve of the liquid storage chamber). When the liquid level reaches a low level, the feeder shall be able to automatically start feeding and water inflow.

12. Adjust the stroke of metering pump to a proper point, and then it can enter the automatic operation state.

The reason why we ask everyone to debug the PAM dry powder dosing device is to enable the equipment to operate normally, find hidden faults in the equipment in time and solve them in time, so as to reduce faults during operation. Therefore, we cannot ignore the equipment debugging.
