Specifically understand the maintenance of PAM dosing device

 

PAM dosing device plays an important role in all aspects of water treatment. The dosing device is a complete set of equipment integrating drug penetration, mixing, liquid transportation and automatic control. It is generally used in the circulating water system where corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor are required to be added. When the water quality treatment agent is used, it shall be accurately added and measured.

Equipment maintenance:

1. The pipeline of PAM dosing device shall be kept unblocked in real time, and the connecting parts, filters, feed ports, discharge ports, etc. of the device shall be inspected regularly and irregularly to observe whether there are deposited substances at these parts. If these problems are found, the PAM dosing device shall be cleaned in time.

2. Regularly check whether the inlet of metering pump is blocked, and regularly clean the pipeline and filter to avoid blocking.

3. Regularly check the mixing device to see whether the mixing shaft rotates flexibly, whether the impeller is twisted and deformed, and whether the coupling sleeve is loose, so as to avoid excessive shaft torsion and consumption of mixing power. In case of damage, replace it in time.

4. Check the safety valve, pressure gauge and valves of each pipeline regularly to avoid leakage. The standby pump and the used pump shall be used alternately to avoid long-term startup or shutdown of the same pump.
